Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Client Success Solutions LLC ("we", "us", "our"), doing business as Success By Default, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit successbydefault.systems (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Client Success Solutions LLC is a Florida limited liability company. The Site is owned and operated by Alex Kerr. To contact us about privacy, email alex@clientsuccess.solutions.
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies only to information collected through the Site at successbydefault.systems. It does not apply to information you provide to us through separate channels (such as direct email, phone calls, signed agreements, or paid engagements), which may be governed by separate terms.
3. Information we collect
Automatically, through advertising and analytics tools
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how visitors interact with the Site, to improve our advertising, and to build advertising audiences. The Pixel may collect:
- Pages you visit on the Site and the time of visit
- Approximate location (derived from IP address)
- Browser type, operating system, and device information
- The website that referred you to us
- An advertising identifier set by Meta
This data is shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. and may be used by Meta in accordance with its own privacy policy. See Meta's Cookies Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy.
When you submit a form
When you submit our application or demo request form, your responses are collected and stored by Typeform, our form hosting provider. We receive a copy of your submission to follow up with you. Information typically includes name, email address, business details, and answers to our application questions. See Typeform's Privacy Policy.
What we don't collect
The Site does not require accounts or logins. We do not process payments on the Site. We do not set first-party tracking cookies of our own beyond what is described above.
4. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and demo requests
- To deliver, measure, and optimize advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
The Meta Pixel sets cookies and similar identifiers in your browser. You can control or block these by:
- Adjusting your browser's cookie settings
- Using your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" or equivalent setting
- Using Meta's ad preferences and opt-out controls
- Using browser add-ons that block trackers
If you enable "Do Not Track" in your browser, we honor that signal where technically feasible.
6. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the Site:
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Vercel processes IP addresses to route traffic and protect the Site.
- Typeform — application and demo request forms.
- Meta Platforms — advertising pixel.
- Squarespace — domain registrar.
The Site links to external sites such as YouTube and Instagram. Once you click an outbound link, the third party's privacy policy applies, not ours.
7. Your rights
If you live in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland
Under the GDPR and equivalent laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing (including for direct marketing purposes). To exercise these rights, email alex@clientsuccess.solutions. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you live in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We do share data with Meta for advertising purposes, which may qualify as "sharing" under the CPRA — you may opt out by emailing us or by using Meta's opt-out tools linked above.
If you live elsewhere
You may still email us to request access, correction, or deletion of any information we hold about you, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
8. Data retention
Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our reasonable business records, typically up to three years. Data collected via the Meta Pixel is retained according to Meta's retention policies. We delete or anonymize information when retention is no longer necessary.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. The Site is served over HTTPS. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by posting a prominent notice on the Site.
